Hey guys, Handsome Defibyoulater here, but most of you know me as just 'Defib.' As you all know I do love and believe in this community. I enjoy spending time with you guys, and helping out. I like investing my time, effort, (and money) into Skial, because we are the best community out there, and no one can stop us. And of course it home to many, and me. And I want the best for us.

I help a lot of new people, whether I add them or chat with them in-game: I provide and teach them the rules often, and explain to them game modes and more. I've PM'd a lot of people who we're having trouble getting around the forums, and have helped many with their ban appeals. Same goes with assisting in reports, teaching them how to report as well.

But I play on our servers, I do run into a lot of trouble makers (as our servers are a prime target for that). Believe it or not, my donator chat used to scare a lot of them into their place, but now everyone knows that bold yellow chat is nothing more than 10 dollars every 2 months. I'd like to simply enforce justice after I provide my usual warnings. And just as importantly, I know how to execute proper justice in a moral and careful procedural manner.

I have over 4,100 K tf2 hours, most of which I've spent in skial. I've been around a while now and I have a keen sense of the rules, which I strictly abide to. I've seen the way it's shifted, and how some try to shift around it. I also enjoy doing handouts, raffles, and little tournaments on our servers to make them a little more funner. I find that many people do enjoy it.

Thank you for your time and support. Special thanks to friends, and you can ask any of them ( listen below) and know I'm a simple, levelheaded guy who only wants to help.

Factors:
- I've been vote muted TWICE on VSH server for trying to help new players learn how to brave jump
- I've received two warnings for posting in appeals.

Defib's Surveyor Drones:
In the future weeks, I have plans of setting aside a budget to fund a program in which I have hired people to inspect servers and report any issue's directly to me. Kind of my eyes and ears, yet payed to play, promote and keep our servers clean.

I want to +1, but the last time you applied it ended with you leaving Skial for a few months. I can't remember if that was directly related to the app or not, but the point still stands.
So +0 from me, but good luck.
 
+1 Reasonable and friendly guy, can rely on him being a fair admin that knows what and when to do unlike a CERTAIN OTHER ADMIN. -_-
 
The reason I've been iffy in your last app was because of some of the stuff you pulled in the past.

For example, the time you were trying to troll some of the admins by joining a server and changing your name to someone else's name who was reported for racism and you were talking about Nigeria. You never really gave a clear explanation on why you did that from what I could remember.

And you've pulled some other weird decisions that a good portion of the other admins were concerned with.

I remember that being with Biggie, when he muted someone for racism, but I absolutely don't recalbringing up Nigeria. It was on Hightower, don't remember which one, and his name was hyperion and I was into the Hyperion Faction from borderlands 2 and my name was changed to Hyperion too and came on the server. I did make sure however, that I did not interrupt any admin business.

But you are right, that was weird, and quite a while ago. I've kept my distance from weird instances like that, and I plan on continuing to do so.
So yes, in honest belief I have changed.
 
Ive personally played with Defibyoulater inside and outside of TF2, he shows outstanding responsibility and above all else reacts and understands situations accordingly. I give him a +1 on his app, not because he is my friend, but because i see him fit as an admin of Skial, now give it your damnedest buddy :)
