I bought the taunt command for 10000 credits, but when I try to use it, the message "Please donate to use this command" appears, even if I try to get enough credits, do I have to donate to use it?

As KinCryos is saying I think you have to go to your inventory and "use"/activate it once you buy it.

I'm going to assume that https://steamcommunity.com/profiles/[U:1:113066478] is Vitus as that is the only Vitus recently been on Skial so since all his recent chat logs since 27/5/17 are on DEATH RUN | US I think it's safe to assume he was playing on DEATH RUN | US.
