to be clear, i dont care how many bans on file you have.
it all depends on the degree.
if someone says "hbey whats up nigga"
i will gag him, warn him and ungag at the end of the round. if he keeps going, a short ban.
but this guy isn't saying it as a slip up or accidental or a part of his vernacular. He is saying it to be a dick.
"go fuck yourself nigger"
"going to kill niggers"
"stfu nigger"
and so on.
And for that, i will give a longer ban. Hell hes lucky i didn't perm ban him. i have done it in the past. if he went any farther then what he said, i would have.
However, i will always stand by myself when i tell everyone "if they come to the forum and apologize and promise to never do it again i will unban them". So its up to him if he wants the long ban gone. I have done it in the past, i completely removed bans from people who apologize. Until then, his month long ban stays
