Invalid Appeal: the Renegade

Apparently, it was votemenu abuse. But I didn't abuse the votemenu. So, I'm confused.
 
So apparently, I got muted for votemuting a player called = ocu = [TWP]. What happened was that I was doing a raffle and he called my raffle "disgusting" and continued to say I was ripping people off and such, which was pushing all the other trade chat off the screen quickly so I couldn't see what other people were interested in the raffle and what other people were selling. So, a vote was started to mute him so I could continue my raffle without him interrupting me and so everyone else could see the trade chat of other players.
 
Whenever renegade starts to raffle, this guy, = ocu = [TWP], the guy who falsely reported renegade, will start spamming the chat stating renegade is a scammer and is ripping people off since he does not agree with the fact that renegade's raffle has 10 slots instead of 8. Renegade initiated a vote against this player, and almost everyone in the server voted yes because they were sick and tired of his nonsense. Definitely not vote abuse on renegade's part and definite abuse of reporting on ocu's part. I'm shocked that renegade has been muted, I wonder what would make an admin do this....

The 3 people who got muted were people spamming on the mic. They were successfully muted and you can even ask some of the people on the server right now what happened.
 
Renegade did NOTHING wrong. He was raffling a key. = ocu = [TWP] was spamming the chat. = ocu = [TWP] started calling him a scammer and a sharker. I know he is not a scammer or a sharker because I have won a key from his raffles 3 times. He would never do that to anyone. If he ever will he would have an extremely good reason to do it. I vote he should be un-gaged. #Free Renegade
 
The problem is not the raffle. The problem is = ocu = [TWP] thinking he got muted unfairly, even though he was bashing my raffle and pushing all other trade chat off of the screen because he thought my raffle was "disgusting". A bunch of the other players were telling him to stop since they were trying to look at the trade chat as well.

I was there. Renegade vote muted only because of the spam. They would not stay off the mics or anything. People try to trade on that server through mic. So this argument is invalid in my opinion.

Wait, so you're telling me we now have to come to you to mute spammers instead of using the vote mute system or else we will be muted? Did you even have evidence that renegade abused the vote mute system or you just assumed he abused it and banned him?

Just saying, I think it is dangerous for Skial to keep people like you as admins around here.
 
Your guys opinion on the mute won't help Renegade get unmuted, as the admins can only act if they are given evidence, not word of mouth.

If you have proof of this happening and can provide it, that would help. Otherwise, don't say you think the mute was unjust, as it won't help.

Again... Your argument is invalid. Even the Admins don't have any evidence. Just something = ocu= [TWP] said to them.
 
You're saying that you can't take anyone's word yet you took his word and muted me. There are three people here who are telling you what happened and he simply just said I vote abused. This doesn't make any sense.

That seems to be his chat logs from after he was muted. Did ocu pay you off or something xD? You seem to be bad at this moderator job, you should use the chat logs from before he was banned to plead your case.

Someone reported that you have unjustly votemuted him for spam. Spamming on a trade server is pretty much impossible unless you're doing it on voice. but it sounds like you votesilenced him just for him to stop typing.
