I'm not gonna lie, his typing isn't the best, no offense demon; but he's a good guy with good judgment skills, and the surf surf servers need admins. If anyone deserves the position, I think its him.

I don't know much about these kinds of things, but I have learned a few things from posts that I have read prior to this. The problem with the ban question is pretty straightforward. It's more of a punctuation kind of thing than anything else. Just look at it carefully and you should get it. I'm new to TF2 and I found it by just glancing over it, so hopefully it would be easy for you.
