How so? Some doctors and scientists are full of themselves and act like colossal dicks but can still remain objective in their analysis. How is it any different for someone who wants to be an admin for a server.
Simply put, admin apps that I've seen involving drama and from what people keep saying or rather quoting people from their chatlogs can be real assholes (such as myself), mostly get -1's pretty quickly without any other qualities.
It may be bias for the regulars in this community but eh, it's nothing too big. Except I'm still only gonna +0 this as this guy HAS been a bit of a crybaby in the past, I'm all for improvements tho.
The past is irrelevant, so long as it's not leaking into the present.

I cannot agree with that. I barely post there and when I do primarily my posts stay there and even are positively rated. Indeed, a couple of times my posts there were deleted and even though I considered some of them to be relevant to particular appeals I did not fire up a discussion as to why they had been deleted. That being said, word "constantly" does not really reflect the reality, imho.

+1, he hates me but I've noticed he points out many things people shouldn't be doing. Fooling around on 2fort, blocking sniper's views. And plus he's baws at the game ya know?

If he would of applied while I was still in charge over at that place that won't be named, I would of given it to him.
He may sometimes pick fights with people, he may be a bit hostile in general. Even those he tends to normally pick fights with seem to be supporting him for admin. Do I think that him being a little hostile towards trolls/people who start shit would impact his ability to admin? No.
I don't see Psycho using his admin to resolve an issue that doesn't require it, and at the end of the day..if no one can see that happening, that's all that should matter.
He also does a lot for the regulars of skial, and even some of us who used to be regulars, but haven't been tf2ing very much. He'd be a benefit to the staff I believe.
