I would first type status into console to get Shula's SteamID and copy it, then type into console sm_silence "#STEAM_0:0:46453041" 10080 "Racism"
Even though Shula is a friend, that does not exempt her from being punished for breaking the rules on Skial.

I do believe the time has to be 10080 without the comma, I am not sure the console will read the command correctly with it.
