I would take a screenshot first before anything else for evidence. If it's a map exploit, I would ban them immediately and make adjustments to the ban if necessary. If it's on Jailbreak and it's a weapon exploit, I would slay them with a warning and direct them to read the rules. If I found them exploiting again with a weapon, I would ban them for the appropriate time.
 
Just to let you know, I'll be going on a trip until 6/9. I'll answer any questions after I get back!

+1, seems to have a generally positive approach towards issues, also very knowledgeable and confident.

+1 Appears to know Skial code and conduct, very wise with decisions and a great approach on situations, clean chat and ban history, very friendly and would make a great Skial admin in my opinion
