Nothing, since opinions aren't against the rules. Knowing me, I'd probably type "lol" and continue playing. Now if they continue to repeat themselves over and over and it begins to become micspam that's annoying other players, I'll warn them about it and if they continue, silence them for the appropriate time and make adjustments if they had previous bans.
