Invalid 見ちゃらめええええ - Griefing

This player is griefing in that: They are constantly on the teleporter, making sure it's never available for players; preventing the engie from telefragging the Hale; not participating in the game (scout who does little to no damage and never leaves the vicinity of the engie).

This player is also harassing the engie, "Jeffrey", directly by claiming Jeff is their "wife" and that the teles are for them... spamming their love for Jeff... ugh. Here's a small example, in a screenshot: http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1318469071.


As a side note, the voting system seems like a joke—I've seen votes fail with 12-2. Also the scoring threshold is unclear and confusing (80 out of 85 votes needed??). But this belongs in another thread anyway.
 
Sorry for the delay.
As frustrating it may be, we can not enforce players not to take others players teleport. Even if it is set for a telly frag.
 
I'd still like to posit that it was harassment: the griefing behavior was targeted at one specific individual, and there's still the matter of the griefer constantly saying they loved Jeffrey and were the wife, etc.
