Most people on my server dont like them and they strip away all the fun of the game. Killing a bot brings no satisfaction, as they are just a bot. On the other hand, dying to a bot is extra stressful, since they are a bot, supposed to be bad. They become even more annoying when they are heavies...

Why don't you put a system in place that actually puts the vote ban through a review before getting accepted, like a request instead of a straight up ban as soon as the vote passes.
