Ah, dr_iceworld, a corridor map but ITS MY CORRIDOR MAP!! We must add rn yessir. We also must add dr_block and Aconian.

Alright lemme go one by one:
  • Aconian Ctfix2 = Played a little bit. It was a fun map. It has my vote.
  • Psykopat = A really good map. It needs to be back.
  • Iceworld = Mixed feelings about this one.
  • Spinner = Hard as balls, but a decent map. Would love to see it again.
  • Cocainum xmas = No. It already returns on events anyway.
  • MemeFacility = Didn't play it.
  • Blocks = Didn't play it
  • Hellfire = Didn't play it.
  • Retroland = Didn't play it
  • Winterhill = Didn't play it.
Good choices from US. Now let's see what EU experts have to say.

Added it on list, Thanks.
dr_iceworld and dr_spinner is on mixed list. Due to people have skill issue.
dr_psykopat and dr_aconian is on returning map list.

Why this thread was moved to suggestion? This was supposed to discussion about adding a map on list, When discussion is done, it will be posted in suggestions, what the fuck? If i post it on suggestion, i won't be able to edit it.

Maybe an admin just saw suggestion in the title and just moved it here.

Unfortunetely i never had the chance to play any of them except for cocainum, for which i say no.

Memefacility and Cocainum xmas will be not added on list. There's cocainum event that exists i suppose. i haven't played it.

Judging myself since nobody responds. I know they're probably asleep or busy

    a classic tf2 old dr map, I have played it and Cream Tea told me that dr_blocks_v9 was on skial formerly, very long ago it was basically added and removed and added and removed multiple times. However, i'm unsure if people like this. I will add it on mixed list.

  • Hellfire
    Told lerua about this, it's his first map, and it's not that really good map, lerua said. However, it's bad idea to add hellfire because nobody nominates it. However, i'm not gonna put it on list.

  • Retroland
    Not sure this is just literally another neonoir copy, I'm not sure but the gameplay is sometimes boring, played a little. I haven't seen retroland on panda, i saw it like, once. I won't add it on list.

  • Winterhill
    Good map, but sadly no minigames, when you complete the dr map, it's a insta-win. The itself map looks like wintervalley, it's just mainly ok dr map, it's fun when it has bhop. I'm gonna put it on new map list. Not sure if you actually don't like this map or like it, i'll put it in mixed if based on other opinions whatever they dont or do like.
 
I agree with this method of suggesting maps, it keeps things less cluttered (especially when it seems to take Skial so long to approve/deny anything that idle threads clog up the entire suggestion forum). No disagreements with the list (especially on cocainum, I just don't like that map).

What I personally would appreciate is more transparency with respect to why maps are and aren't added. There are tons of threads with significant support, but they all sit idle while maps with demonstrably less effort and polish are rushed to the rotation and summarily reviled. Calling some maps "not popular" when people campaign in droves to add or re-instate them seems a bit tone deaf to me.
