  1. sm_silence does both gag and mute so it'd be easier if ya just went with that. Also, your commands are missing something.
  2. Once again, your commands are missing something.
  3. Also, looking at your command for the very first ban question in the application, there's a slight mistake there too.
Only going to give you one chance to fix all 3.

  1. Is it that I'm lacking quotation marks on the ID and Reason for Questions 1 and 2?
  2. On the first ban question, I left the length of the ban in quotation marks when it should not have been correct?

Not answering any of these questions. If you're not confident with your commands and reasonings, we can't be confident with you. Feel free to take your time with them. Once you're ready, let me know and I'll give them a look (edit the ones you've already written but correctly, once that's done, respond saying you've done so).

I'm actually not too fussed about the commands. That is something that can be taught over time and I don't feel strongly about people needing to know then before they join the team, when most people unlike ourselves haven't held an administrative role.

You can always use the /admin (or !admin) in game menu if you forget a command and need urgent use of the tools.

Either way, the only criticism I have for your questions is on question 2. You should never spectate me, or ban me, always leave me be :3

You forgot to change your very first ban question, marking impro- just kidding.

You acknowledged that mistake prior so I'll accept that. Keep at it though, we make sure our applicants know their stuff and are confident with their stuff. This is because not only is being knowledgeable and confident good traits to have but it means they won't struggle when no one's around to help or and they won't misinput entirely (which could result in wrong punishments, wrong times or no punishment at all) Lastly, /admin may not show some individuals or pick up some characters so it's not something you should rely on, even if it's mostly consistent.

When you say "Keep at it", do you mean I overlooked the mistake again?

Known him for quite some time, first met him on a Skial server, very cool dude. He is not mean, and helps the community like making that Skial idle server better. I believe Jerma deserves it.
