I don't see any rule that dictates what people can and can't talk about in the server rules. There's an !ignore command and the mute option on the menu for a reason. Why is there an !ignore command and mute option on the menu if no one is going to use it?I apologize if you feel the silence was unnecessary, but when the voice chat becomes a problem for teams to communicate with each other, it's considered "spam." I have no issues with talking about comics or characters, however; when there are multiple complaints from other players about the content and duration the discussion, I had to act. I had asked nicely to end the conversation, but was rudely ignored.

The only reason people complained was because they didn't want to hear multiple people talking about random things. That hardly sounds like a valid reason to mute someone for a day.
Unfortunately, admins aren’t allowed to use the !ignore function.
However, it is at the admins discretion to determine what is and isn’t “spam.”
I fully understand and respect your opinion, but we’ll have to agree to disagree.
Again, apologies for the inconvenience.
I guess if enough people complain about something, they can get muted for an action that isn't even against the rules. That's what it sounds like to me.So what you're saying is that someone wasn't breaking the rules, so you muted them?
teams to communicate with each other
Nuff said.on 2Fort
I think that was more a preference in-case the person spamming broke the rules in voice and you wouldn't know they were breaking the rules.I am not sure who told you admins can't ignore people.
But what happens if he has another infraction? Is it three days (because of this infraction)? It was a 24 hr silence, so he should be unmuted by now. @Renegade
Why didn't you unmute him when KillerZebra told you to? That's pretty bullshit of you to mute a guy just because you didn't like what he was talking about and then not unmute him when told to.It was a 24 hr silence, so he should be unmuted by now. @Renegade
The first one will be ignored. But what happens if he has another infraction? Is it three days (because of this infraction)?
