Yes it sort of looks like it but when slowed down and watching the shots i am not 100% sure.

Do you have the next rounds demo? If you do please put it up otherwise we'll just have to watch for him for now.

Hmmm... I don't, sorry. To be honest thought, I think it shows some really sudden moves to Hale out of nowhere, mostly around 10 seconds in and in the demo start.
Also you can see in the stats (http://stats.skial.com/#player/tfcustom/240030197) the stuff he said in chat about hacking (even admitting it) and the fact that he's only played on SAXTON HALE EU for 48 mins. Think it's pretty suspicious.

Anyhow, you're the boss :smirk:, so watch him for now if you decide to.
