i would play with peeps but usually no one is in game when i play, and im not one to invite as i feel as if i were demanding someone to play with me/inconveniencing them

What time do you usually play? You're in another time zone, I know that much, but I didn't think it would be that big of a difference.
i play pretty much any time i feel like it/whenever someone invites me to a game regardless if im playing CS or not
im really available when it comes to time, i am like online from 11AM GMT to 2-3AM GMT
also what the fuck is up with the foreing people talking to eachother in comp, like im 100% whatever they talked about for the entire fucking game was not about the match or even fuckign CS at all

so i was legendary eagle when i stopped playing this game last fall and decided to play one game on my winter break like a month ago, got placed into master guardian 1
today i came back to notice my rank was gone again so i played a game to get it back
i have literally never been this low, back when i originally played this game a few years ago i got placed to gold nova 2 or something

Also ranks apparently got shifted and much harder to get into and placed everyone differently.
the ranking system changed and almost everyone deranked incredibly, although i only got Deranked to GN3 being AK so lolwhat the fuck

Two months of inactivity, losing my rank, and failing at my first game kicked my ass down from LE to Nova One.
To be fair, I lost my fanning and went like 13 in 28.
