Before: ~118lbs. After: ~145-150 (Jumping around there)
Deadlift: (Sumo) 405 / (Conventional) 375
Squat: 335lbs (Low Bar for those who aren't ignorant) Bench: 235lbs Overhead: Never attempted 1rm, can get about 3 or 4 with 135 strict.

that was 2 years ago then i went on full all fuck mode and only ran not bothering with lifting, have not maxed out since then. I am now doing crossfit and when they have me do maxes i will post. Odds are I can hit those number again or even higher but thats if i spazz out and go full on rage mode
