Yeaaaaaaaaa all aboard the gains trains! So basically, just post how much you bench, squat, curl, what protein you take, creatine or whateva hateva related to gains. So I'll start. I started lifting seriously, I go about every other day, around November of last year (2014). I have lifted before but it was mostly machine stuff, and every other weekend, nothing too serious. I take creatine every night. Drink powdered protein shakes after working out at the gym, boxing or swim practice. I try to maintain a good diet with enough in-take. I used to eat every 3 hours, maybe a little protein bar, banana, or premade shake between meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) but I have slacked off with the between-meal foods.
