Well, I'm going to have to agree with you on the pickles part. That's just vinegar on top of vinegar.

I still think ketchup can be used in place of something that needs more acidity.. it's even slightly sweet. I would have no issue with putting some ketchup in a bowl of tomato soup to spice it up.

I also don't think a ketchup/honey glazed carrot would be bad.

I'm kind of gathering that I'm a freak though. Surely people have other condiments that they use on everything? Like barbecue sauce guy up there.
