Approved Remove the 'Friendly Fire' option from Votemenu in Bottiger's 24/7 Idle

Hi there,

I play regularly in an idle server of Skial. Bottiger's 24/7 Idle to be precise. I don't actually idle, but play in that particular server to meet with friends or goof around.

If there is one thing that annoys me in that server, it is the option to enable/disable friendly fire through the !votemenu command. Do we really need this? Is this necessary?

No. It makes me frustrated to get killed by a team player, especially when you're killed by a Heavy trying to get out of the base camp. I like the server and I don't care if its idle or not, but most of the time I quit playing the server because friendly fire is on. Not to mention there is a 6-7 minutes wait depending on how many votes were through before it.

tl;dr: remove 'Friendly Fire' from the !votemenu in Bottiger's 24/7 Idle

Wait ... don't you need a majority of the server to vote, not just a specific amount of people?
That kind of defeats the purpose though, on a idle server.

Personally I don't see the point in it. If its there for the sake of fun then its not worth having if the majority of people don't have fun with it

Also, the four or five guys that want this taken away are taking this so exaggerating everything lol. They twist everyone's words and make everything seem terrible lol

Define main supporters, if theres 30 or so people wanting it gone i think those are supporters.
[on a side note im not badmouthing its just pretty much true, people like sov just kinda make me look right, also not everyone on here is an admin i know that dont see how that assumption got in there, i can read. at least i think so]

Whether or not you agree with what they are proposing - you guys shouldn't post scathingly sarcastic responses when they come to the forums for help with something.

They're doing exactly what they should be doing to get something changed on the server, spamming dumb ratings on them, and being rude to them doesn't make things look very good. If you disagree, say why you disagree and move on.

I wish I could give constructive feedback on the actual thread, but since I don't play on this server (or skial in general anymore) I can't. All I'm advocating is a little respect for server regulars who care enough to hop on here and ask for something to be changed.
