And you say CDAWG isn't reading the posts, I said too you if the mother doesn't want to deal with the kid they shouldn't have too but if the father does then they look after the kid but with zero child support, and visa versa.
you are absolutely ignoring NINE FUCKING MONTHS OF PREGNANCY.

Don't you get it? A woman has to hold a baby with 9 months with increase in costs to herself, healthcare, food, baby supplies, etc. Dealing with constant sickness, change to her attitude, etc. for a baby she does not want but the father wants. If the father could somehow "mother?" the child or swap the child into a woman who was willing to be pregnant for his child then I would say that could be relevant.
THIS THIS THIS THIS THIS THIS THIS.

I see my mother in the other room. She went through pregnancy TWICE and she is still standing strong. How about your mother? Did she give up on you and abort you? No, she loved you and stuck through it. For thousands of years women have gone through 9 months of pregnancy. Do they stop having babies because of the 9 months of pregnancy?

How old was your mother when she was first pregnant? Was she married/in a stable relationship. Was she in a stable financial position? If yes, then good for her. Not everyone is in that position.

Also requesting Lock/Move to unmod.

For your information, my mother did NOT abort me but at times I wish she would have. I grew up with a VERY poor quality of life and could not escape it. I had no choice but to stay, through drugs and abusive parents and their abusive friends. I had NO CHOICE.

If a mother does not want to go through pregnancy, she should not be forced to go through a pregnancy.

This is fucking retarded, your entire point is the mother has all the say, thats incredibly sexist, as soon as a child is wanted its wanted, I'd get it if you argued at any point that the woman should be compensated for having the child in her for the better part of a year, but as soon as that kids wanted it has a chance, your argument is denying someone life, if there not going to be in a loving home fine but if the father is willing to do all this it proves that they love the child.

Life doesn't start at conception. Conception is the fusion of cells gametes which exchange genes and form a unique combination. In the early stage of the pregnancy, the embryo cannot be called alive or capable of surviving outside the womb. From the 11th weak the fetal stage commences, which is what can be seen as the first stage where the unborn shows signs of life: developing of brain, muscles, breathing like movements, little spasms, ... That is why most countries in the world make a difference between before and after the 12 weeks mark.

In the first stage, as an embryo, abortion should be possible. The debate about who has the decision on it can be quite tempered, but there is no denial that the woman has to carry the baby inside her for 9 months. This brings backache, nausea, stress and many other discomforts along. A human has and should always have full decision right over it's own body.

Additional note: it is quite ridiculous to debate over whether an unborn creature should be considered alive, when mankind and nature destroy so many lifeforms each day.

Oh man, don't get me started on sexism. MEN ARE NEVER VICTIMS OF SEXISM. EVER. They are the dominant gender in almost ANY society you find. Women go through pregnancy, for 9 months, they should get to chose if they want to or not. THAT'S IT.

Dude, come on now. For every happy life you get an unhappy life, as you just saw. Don't base your arguments off the reason you didn't get aborted.

I have to back up Rhi here, as a girl no way in Hell would I go through a pregenacy just cause some guy wants a child. If he does want one, that what donators are for. There are plenty of women who if you pay them will carry your child for you. That's half the reason it's a legal business, for guys that want a child but can't find a woman to have one with.

Okay as a gay male I'm subject to sexism pretty regularly, have fun from your high horse I'm going to be sitting here in the dungeon with all the other gay men who aren't allowed to make out in public but women doing it is fine.

Not all woman share the same affection as your mother or mine. Every person has their story and their choices. Let them choose since it's not your life but theirs. They will live with their choices wether they regret later or not.

Like...this thread is completely pointless. Either you are pro life or pro choice. After that, I don't think there is any way you can really convince the other side to come around to yours. This argument is years, perhaps decades old. (not sure when abortion became a popular thing) The arguments are all the same and this topic in essence just serves as a reason to fight with someone else.
