As long as the abortion isn't late-term, as in like after the initial 18(?) weeks, then the women should be allowed to do anything she wants with the child.

And a lot of the time it isn't only the woman making the decision. People in her life, whether it be family, boyfriend, husband also have a say in the matter. Not the final choice, obviously, but their words can and do influence the choice.

And that 1% of abortions are rape-related is bullshit. AFAIK, it's more than a quarter. Don't quote me on that, but there is no way only 1% of abortions are because of rape.

? ? ?
so because only 1% of abortions occur because of rape that means that people who are raped shouldnt be allowed to get rid of the baby that was FORCED ONTO THEM BY A FUCKING RAPIST
seriously you're a fucking idiot
I am not saying they do not matter. I am saying that plenty of pro-choice people use that as an argument against those who are pro-life. Something that does not happen that often should not be used as an argument for abortion.

Men have no say. It is only the women's choice. They can influence but they cannot choose. As for the percentages

If the child is a result of a rape, then I'm pro choice, but other than that, it's pretty much their fault in the first place and they shouldn't get the easy way out.
yeah but the kiddo will get the short end of the stick too

About the argument that's developing:

I see both sides, and I let people do as they please as long as it doesn't hurt anybody, however here's my real stance on the issue...

If the man is still involved in the life of the woman, he should have say. If not, no.

Rape victims should NOT have to keep the baby. (Srs cdoge?)

If you didn't have safe sex, unless the condom broke, it's your fault.

^ The child should not be aborted in these cases but put up for adoption.
Give the poor thing a chance.

Men have sperm. They are apart of the pregnancy. They are directly involved in the conception.
A man can get a woman pregnant, never know and never see the woman again. This isn't always the case, but you're acting like men always want to have a choice in it.

Adoption can work, but if they don't get picked up when they are young they can be stuck there forever.

But men don't have a choice at all. How is this country supposed to have equal rights when this directly is a slap in the face?

Again with you bringing up equal rights. Men don't have the final choice because they aren't the ones giving up their bodies. They still have some say.

So if you want people to call you dumb and misunderstand every post you make, post here!

If you want to avoid being retarded, don't!

but men should?

Did a man not also have an impact in the pregnancy? Men are the one's with the sperm but only the woman can choose the baby's fate whilst the man gets no say.
It is still ultimately the womans choice as it is her body holding a parasite for 9 months. If they are a couple, then it is at their liberty to discuss it.
