I believe they were talking about deleting threads and comments I'm talking about deleting comments. This has already been discussed and declined.
See original thread:

The person that started the thread can delete the whole thread.
I've already seen this happen which is why I removed it when it was accidentally introduced.
And my argument to deleting posts is what is the difference between deleting your post and editing the entire post? If you edit the entire post to completely change it from the original it's the same as deleting.People losing an argument? Delete thread. People rage quit the forums because of falsely perceived mistreatment? Delete all their posts.

Oh I guess you are right about making a thread and it deleting the entire thread. Okay that's a good enough reason1: if you start the thread and are able to delete your first post, it deletes the whole thread (this is how I read it anyway)
2: you get a time stamp saying you have edited your post
double posts though?
I can't even edit my posts. Not sure why. It sucks, though.
Well then I've been bugged since I returned to the forum. FixplsBottI believe that is a bug. I remember seeing a post about it a few days ago.

I can't edit my posts anymore from the edit button. If I try, the box is solid white and I don't see anything. I have to click more options and use the full editor.Cinic said my permissions seem fine.
