As a side note, we only have one supervisor and that's Bottiger, who only steps in when he actually needs to. Everything else we handle individually on our own. There are times when one admin may bounce a difficult situation off of another, but we for the most part work individually.
I would assume because if I look up I see the vote was against the reporter + if the reporter has abussed the menu himself previously it's highly chances that he is easy with using reports if someone is trying to stop him. Last case I looked into, the reporter even used a racism word but that went unnoticed by the one who handled it.
I'm not bringing up false reasons, I'm just saying. Ugh Astir you are just being a dick because I reported someone in that was acting odd with connections and you immediatly accussed me for trying to get people banned for "just connecting to the servers" and later when you discoverd it was actually odd with 500+ conenctions within an hour, you didn't felt the need to appoligize and act like you didn't accussed me of something big like that.
That's what I meant, just a story to tell what I mean, explain..

Why would I be mad? We as admins can only look up on HLstatsX how many times he connected, so you don't need to copy-paste 40 lines of the chat 3 times. Don't be mad if I hide those posts then.
As admins we can do nothing, since banning the ID won't help. With a banned ID you will still show up in chat at connection, after which you will be refused access to the server. Get over it, and send a PM instead of randomly bringing up your autism in your own admin app.

I wasn't even mad you hide those posts. I was annoyed you accussed me of something. Al I asked was to check out what the hell was going on. You tell me that I shouldn't assume things but you do so?
And I did just to note but your pall felt the need to go bitching on me and say I was leaving (while i clearly said i was going to take a few days break from skial) because of you two?

I don't want to seem like the asshole here, but I think this whole thread proves otherwise.
If anything (speaking as a player here), I like to think admins should be clear and concise in their communication with players and the servers at large. As Lady has said, her autism may make effective communication difficult, and I think this might be a problem.
But that's my opinion, as a player and relatively new person to the forums.
It shouldn't make an problem if they just concider I have issues with communication but that doesn't mean I can try explaining otherwise of others trying to take a bit more effort to reread. And it's not harmfull to ask for an explanation or me rewriting my sentences.
And thank you for actually understanding what I was trying to say..
I'm sorry. I just thought it be easier to point it out because I'm seriously tired of explaining it over and over again personally. So it would be easier to others to understand so they take effort to reread or ask instead of hating on me for a missunderstanding. But boy, was I thinking differently there...
I don't think any of this is really a problem, at least for people who have more experience with her personality and have actually had more verbal or even text communication with her. Unless she specifically told you that she had a social communication issue, you would never know.
that's what everyone thinks till i try to approach a point which is in the end the same as yours, but just differently approaching then you would.. and that's where the missunderstanding starts, the reproach i recieve, .. It was only discovered on my 17th but hell did that make a difference to my family to finaly understand me...

I believe you missed one.
Anyway, I don't understand why others feel that Lady is unfit to be admin. When I'm in TS with some other regs and she has to start asking some other Admins such as Twilight, Drum, etc, she basically knows what needs to be done, but doesn't have the power to see it through.
