You give them a warning then they stop or they don't stop and then you report them. What's wrong with doing this? As long as you give evidence the wrong doer will be banned. What's wrong with this process?

It's less efficient as it takes time away from another admin's day to double-check and take action, whereas having admin authority and taking action yourself takes a fraction of the time.

It's the admin's job to view evidence, respond to rule breakers and issue a ban if everything adds up. An admin shouldn't be making judgement on the spot because it can often be based on emotion or "he said". I much prefer the way Lady is handling things now, it leaves a lot less room for foul play.

This. It's why I applied for admin.

Anywho, +1 from me. Lady is cool beans on teamspeak and on jailbreak.

I will not do anything without evidence that can support my actions. If someone is abusing the menu, it will be found back in their chatlog. If they are hacking, I'll get a record. If they are exploiting, I will take a picture of it. If they are using racist words it will be found back in the chatlog. ;D
 
I would give words, but I'm bad with them... have a +1 for being calm while someone was being stubborn.
 
Also +1 for being on Jailbreak a ton. Jailbreak needs more than well, just me.
 
Out of curiosity Lady, is there a certain time frame when the rulebreakers get on VSH, because whenever I'm on there it's pretty laid-back.

I don't know, one day it's calmer than the other. Today lot's of abuses though.

If I catch them the first time without notifying me something is going on it depends on what he is doing.
Vote-abuse, I warn them not to do again because they may and will get muted/gagged for it and explain why it's not allowed.
Hacking, is not even worth warning for imo, it's clear in the rules.
Exploiting, warn them not to do again because it's not allowed and they can get banned for it.

Ah, yes, sorry for hasty popping-in-unannounced. When there's duty to do, I have all my endeavor in going through.

As Lady (sorry, I'm uncomfortable in using real names D:) already mentioned, my (steam) name goes as; "Ferralium |RoTA|". Avatar is similar to this and that. (And yes, it's a middle finger.) Lately, I've found my way into Skial servers for no apparent reason.

Now I do believe most of you guys/gals don't know me, but I'm a "sunday" TF2 player (~2000 hrs), spending most of my time with dodgeball, jailbreak or VSH/FF2.
Nice meeting y'all, but for now, ciao.
