Let me say what happened to make Wardemon say this:
I was playing with some friends DoTA2 a vs mode. First we had to pause the game because a friend her game had to be restarted but they kept unpausing. After she was back they started to pause the game every minute and typing "FAP TIME". First it was fun but then I asked them to stop because after 3 times it isn't fun anymore. As the more it happened the more I got annoyed. So a little fight started. But we are okay now, playing TF2 and DoTA2 together. Wardemon is a brother of one of this guys.
I always will try to make it work, to be able for all to play together without problems.

Lady is a very pleasant person to play with on the server, and would make a very capable admin, and by that I mean one who wouldn't abuse her powers. She looks out for other players, and as has been previously mentioned, will see things through to the end to make sure bans/mutes are justified and if something is wrong, will make sure that justice will be delivered.

Everyone here around knows I dislike Pr1mus yet I have agreed on him on few reports where he did had a point, fyi.
I tried talking to you but you started to blame and be mean again. Since that is not "talking it out" I have removed you again.
If you really have the need to trashtalk and hate on me, be my guest, I will not stop you. You can keep sending messages over Skial Privat Message, I will read but I will not respond here again on you.
And I admit, I can get annoyed sometimes when someone is trying to make me annoyed. They Succeed but that doesn't mean I will abuse my power.
I need 100% proof that the person who gets muted/gagged/banned was not behaving. Therefore I can post them when an appeal is made. Without proof I cannot take actions against the person and therefore I will not abuse my powers.

One has served prolonged time in duty of reporting unusual behavior occurring in [TF2;Skial]'s servers.
Judging by overall interaction with environment, behaving, reasoning and commitment to the duty, one should be trusted with beyond average privileges.
I have no criticism for the moment.
As a word of caution, existing/upcoming (possible) grudges should thereby be forgotten, as emotions shall not dictate decisions during moderation duty.
Conclusion. I give my "up vote". Rock on.
