why has the Ap Sap and Red Tape been disabled?

Hello guys I have recently been on a couple Skial severs and have been playing spy using the Ap-Sap. A message keeps coming up saying “[itemblock] tf_weapon_sapper 933” and my Ap-sap has been removed this has been on all of the Skial severs I have been on today. Can any tell me why the Ap-Sap has been disabled?

This has happened today. I have used it on Skial severs a lot due to it the only severs I play :)

If TF2 was static that would actually mean something, but the game is frequently updated and it's not uncommon for those updates to cause stability issues. It might not have been a problem before, but that doesn't mean it isn't now.

It's also possible it's been an unknown issue all along.

Why is this? Whenever I go into the server, I see this warning saying a spy item has been disabled for glitches/exploits, but I've never heard of anything wrong with the red tape recorder. Why has it been blocked from the servers all of a sudden?
 
I ask the same question about the Ap-Sap and it is the same for the red tape recorder the person said "The only reason it would be disabled is if it was causing stability issues"
 
The person who answered wasn't the person who disabled it, he was just guessing.
