Pics guys! we need to see progress and results of the noms! : D

Soon I will be home and I plan on going on a massive cooking / baking spree. So many noms to make... so little time. I miss it a lot more than I thought I would =/

Just have to pick and choose what to make... stuffed peppers and soba with ginger scallion sauce are both on my savory list. I really want to make a pumpkin pie or bread too since someone won't make it for me and it won't be too much longer till the weather turns too fair for such a dessert.

After that... I'm going to try and fancy things up around here. We will see how rusty my baking is though before attempting anything too crazy. I really really want to do an ombre cake.

Last summer I sold the pig roaster we built about 10 years ago. Looking forward to building a new smoker this spring. Big fishing trip coming up at the end of this month for coho jack salmon and steelhead so I better get hopping kn that smoker. Can't wait for the warm weather to get here to start planting the garden and cooking on the grill.

Smoked salmon sounds like it'd be very, very good.

^This is the what i eat every week.

Is that the cold cut combo? I eat at Subway more than I should (the BLT is my go-to) but their meats are kind of disgusting to me.
The Cold Cut Combo is stacked with turkey-based meats - ham, salami and bologna

That's direct from Subway's own website. Does that sound good to anyone?
