Yeah I think they need to be a red all around to be more ripe and less bitter? Honestly, I haven't had much pomegranate.

After seeing Chaufa in this thread, I figured I should show another Peruvian favorite, Papa Rellena.

I'll get my own pictures of it uploaded when I find the USB cord for my phone, as this is a lot more appetizing than any picture online can give it justice and we made it just a few days ago, otherwise it is a stuffed potato filled with all sorts of ingredients, though the kind I am used to is made with cut up hard boiled eggs, green onions, beef, and some peppers with rice alongside it.

I'm going to make some grilled ribeye steak along with crunchy garlic green beans :sweetjesus:

Turkey Burgers w/ Spinach and hand cut french fries. My camera quality sucks, so it doesn't look too good, but it was damn tasty. I'll probably upload a better quality of this one when my cooking teacher updates her website

Making the Papas is a serious pain in the ass tbh because of the preparation for it. But well worth it if done right.

Dad was a genius enough to put canola oil in the wok and leave it for like 20 minutes, covered with a silicon top.
When I lifted the silicon thing, SMOKE, SMOKE EVERYWHERE.
I still managed to cook the beans alright, they were crunchy and awesome :3
