This is invite only because people keep joining who aren't suppose to (lazlo). However it is a public raffle. anyone who sends me a pm gets a key.

1. If you are marked as a scammer, cautioned, or on probation you will not get an invite.
2. If you are banned on skial you will not be getting an invite.
3. If you give your invite to someone else neither of you will get a prize.

Just an update. I want to give the regulars / active people time to join the raffle. If you are not a regular send me an invite for a key, i will give you a key after 24 hours
