I think you guys are forgetting that people like to complain but do not like to go out of their way to make changes or solve problems because it's an "inconvenience" to them. This happens a lot everywhere even in the face of a legitimate problem. It doesn't matter what we tell these types of people because they would rather waste time complaining than solving.
You can report hackers by recording a demo and reporting it on the forums. Personally I use Mediafire to upload dem files but I know some people like to use filedropper and mega.
Because if you actually manage to get a hacker banned on our servers its permanent instead of thirty minutes. Skial > Valve
Skial is a community not just a bunch of servers. The difference between us and Valve servers is we actually look at reports. If you take the few mins to report a hacker using one of the many methods we provide, then we will take care of it.
If you think you are better off on a "hacker free" Valve servers, then go for it. But we are the most popular and one of the few TF2 communites still around, and for a good reason.

I play on more than one account. There were two hackers on the idle server, which I only joined because it was the one with the best ping and I had never been on an idle server before. Why don't you check your logs for a player named "The Pariah Messiah" or something to that effect and come back and tell me he was not a hacker. I have over 3,000 hours in this game, I know the difference between a hacker and a good player. After getting some good feedback about your servers I will give them another try. And if it works out I will donate. But calling me names and making false assumptions about my experience and motives ignores the fact that I did encounter hackers on this account and another account. I did witness the other team put not one, or two, but three medics on the hacker to stop us from taking him out. I know that is not your fault, but my impressions so far are not good and it is disappointing to me because I want to find a server that bans hackers and I will pay money for that.
So this is just a meme post then.

We ban hackers that are reported, admins can't be on every server at once. Don't be a lazy fuck just report them.
We're not ignoring the fact you ran across hackers. Several people explained to you several times now how to deal with said situation, and it was also explained why we aren't always able to instantly catch all hackers 24/7
And you're getting hostility from some people here because you came to the forums shitting on Skial over a issue you can help do something about and you're giving off a entitled potential donator vibe. We always appreciate donations but we're not desperate to where we're going to lick the boots of someone being a ass for possible money.
Bottinger thinks that he can look at his logs and surmise everything there is to know about me and my experience on your servers. When I pointed out that I play on more than one account, he then pulled out the IP information, which is misleading because I have multiple computers and play on another account on my other computer. I used to do that to farm metal, which is no longer worth much, but that is really none of anyone's business. Some of those who responded to my post did so constructively, and for that I thank them. I will give skial servers another try, and if I have a better experience I will donate. I would delete this thread if I knew how, perhaps an admin can do so? Thanks.

Playing on a different account doesn't change your IP.
The person you are complaining about was on the idle server where RTD is available.

You are getting exactly the response you deserve. You met 1 person you thought was hacking and probably wasn't, and you somehow expect all servers to be 100% hacker free at any given time. And then you post flamebait threads asking people to parrot your experience that our servers are hacker infested because you met one possible hacker.
I'm just going to say this quite simply. You are not going to find any other server that is as tough on hackers as we are.
