I know I'll get a massive backlash for saying this, but I actually thinks the Beggar's to be similar to the "noob stick" auto shotgun on Counter Strike: powerful up close, but terrible for shooting something more than a few feet away, and spam it and you'll run out of bullets and get yourself killed. Yet people become insanely furious if you kill them once with a Beggar/noob stick.
Am I the only one who switches between different rocket launchers based on different scenarios? Generally I use the stock launcher, but will switch to Black Box if health kits are sparse on the map, Direct Hit for long hallways, and Beggar's when my team's being pushed back to the spawn. Liberty fell out of love after it was borked, and I never really liked the Cow Mangler.
And I actually think the QF makes a lot more sense in pubs, where there are 2 or less medics for a team of 12. Even before the buff, QF lets you spread the love, builds a weaker uber in a lot less time, and speeds you up when you heal a scout. After adding overcharge, I really can't see what's not to like (in pubs).
