Actually, I thought of a great way to do this. TF2 Soccer: 1 Ball-Kicking Boots Scout is the Ref. He lets a Ball go out and 2 teams of Pyros have to airblast it into a Goal. Airblasting an enemy would be like a block. Intentionally harming an enemy would get the player removed from the current game.
