What color is this dress?

if you put it in ms paint and use the dropped tool right in the middle of the dot of the "i" you'll see its hexadecimal #SAIGNSOk here is one hot off Twitbookumblr. Do you see saigns or skial.
to me it seems like an extremely (almost white) blue and gold....
I heard a few days ago that people only see it as black and blue if they have low brightness and/or the see the image at a weird angle. White and hold is if you have high brightness and hold it at a more natural angle.
Who ever took the picture must've had the camera really light sensitive. In reality it's a blue and black lol the company of the dress said so.
