Weird item drops?

We've got some really weird ass item drops coming in from the Skial Texas Dustbowl server, Goldfish crackers, banana peels, and capacitors? Anyone know what this is all about?
 
The Goldfish is acully a refrence of Valve empolyee FireSlash Asking why Goldfishes are not made of gold, About 1 HOUR before the update.
 
Theory going around it's some kind of fourth of july update where the items are going to be used to make fireworks or something. Rather interested to see how this turns out. HOWEVER, A friend of mine noticed the capacitor has 6.22 gigahertz on it. Strangely enough that comes to July 22nd which is round around the corner.

I think it might have something to do with the pyro update
each item has the same theme what the heck is this
the soon to be meet the pyro vid will come out we will finnaly know what the pyro is these items are kinda like teasers
