Approved We should really remove !3.

By which I mean I haven't majorly played around with it. When it first came out I used it a little, found that aiming was about as difficult as aiming the Huntsman, then I haven't used it since. If people who do use it are getting mistaken for actual wallhackers I think we should remove it.
 
The only problem I have is pretty much what Classy said. I stalk a heavy, about to backstab, and then he spins around and mauls me. Happens way to often since everyone wants to derp around with !3.

If you think about it like that, we should remove all good players who are getting accused of cheating.
If you watch the demo that was posted with the suspected wallhack (sentrygun was his name) you will see it didnt give him any advantage whatsoever, why he got reported in the first place i dont know, but appears to be some sort of grudge.
The fact that everyone has the option to use !3 and the tiny minority do choose to use it should tell you something about its effectiveness.

someone with a decent set of headphones would hear you decloak and have the same time to turn and kill you.

It's pointless and dumb, but that's no reason to remove it. If some dipshit 12 year old feels the urge to type !3 in the chat, let them. It's not like they can do anything special with it. Skial servers are pubs, after all. The neglegible difference in perspective isn't going to ruin anyone's day.
The server is better off without it, I think, but the community doesn't seem to agree and as such it isn't worth the hassle.

!3 exploit: on dr_office if the camera's parallel to the wall and you jump, you can see through the wall to Hale's side, letting you see which of the deathdoors are active
 
Is there a known exploit on 2fort? If not, is there any way we can get this back?

It seems like everyone agrees that there are some advantages and disadvantages in terms of play-style, but that it isn't a huge deal for pub servers. That makes sense, and it seems like there are a lot of players (on the 2fort server, at least) that would like to see it back.

thirdperson camera, when placed right, can see through thin walls (like the sniper walls that pyrovision broke for a while), and it makes it possible to look around corners somewhat without exposing yourself
 
This is my first post, so I will probably just be ignore. I really wish you guys wouldn't have removed !3. It may seem cheap or some other excuse, but it was fun. I really enjoy playing on Skial servers, the people there are really funny and play decently. I feel like I may have to stop playing on them though, as I cannot stand playing in first person. Sorry if that sounds like I'm whining, but I just wanted to voice my imput.

Sorry, but where would you go exactly? There's not really an abundance of servers that allow you to use third person mode without being a vip or something.
