I don't know about "being bored" but as seen in chatlog he tries to slay "a rage faggot" aka "the hale". That's a vote-abuse.

For admin that wants to handle but doesn't understand Saxton Hale:
Hales have the ability to rage taunt so the players near the hale get stunned for several seconds. Some use it alot, some barely, some don't. It's not allowed to slay one just because he uses something that is part of the game. It's like trying to ban a player for using minisentries.
