this guy kept micspamming for more than 1 hour, plus it was not possible to mute and gag him bec he was not in the playerlist in the votemenu, as i show in the demo. cheers

Well the demo doesn't show him 'cheating'. So that kind of puts this down to, why not press escape, go to the Ear with the X on it, and mute him that way and not depend on the votemenu?

really?
he was being annoying and voice spamming for more than 1 hour, i obviously didnt record the whole time, i took a sample. and than if he was not using some kind of cheat, why his name wasn't shown in the players list in the votemenu?

Every player shows up in the votemenu. As far I know there is no cheat to not appear in the votemenu.

Also, talking is in most cases not the same as micspam. I'd you don't like someone talking or his voice, client new him.

There is a hack called "Anti-Kick" or "Anti-Ban" hack which makes it to where you do not show up on vote menus. I would suggest you guys do not ban for this though because I believe there are bugs that do the same thing.
