Approved [US Payload+] Add pl_cashworks

Cashworks is one of the best custom payload maps and is played all the time on other community servers with overwhelming positive feedback. It's a fun and balanced map with a lot of variety. Plus we need more maps on the server, I feel like there's been a bunch that got removed and nothing replaced them.

I have no doubt this map will be popular taking the recent update into consideration, however I have collected some critique of the map design by several people and one of them made a video showcasing the flaws of it. There are other popular maps that are not balanced to play such as Turbine, 2fort, Dustbowl.

Do not mind the language some of them use, these are regular tf2 players after all. But they have experience and the hours to give out opinions

Also have to remind people that the map has never been that popular, which is why I didn't want to add it. So calling it the "2fort of payload" isn't even an accurate analogy.

It is only now that the popularity has been artificially boosted. In a few months it is likely to die down just like breadspace.
