The reason why we don't use the original version is because it crashes. If you want to recompile the current version we use so it isn't full bright then we can use that.

Potentially I could decompile the current map and add my own lighting entities to it, hopefully that'd make it better than the current full bright one and more stable at the same time.

As it seems the map that Skial uses already has all the original lighting entities, but....they don't use them.....maybe it a map leak but....it seems that there are no leaks....I honestly don't know, i will take a better look tomorrow

Well I went through the map, it's not even worth fixing. It wont compile because whoever made the map had no idea what they were doing, they used SO many brushes (that are the same, they could have turned them into models) and many other stupid things.
In the end, it would take way way to long to fix.

When I fixed the map it was already full bright so I wasn't sure if it was meant to be like that or if the person who edited it before me broke the lighting.

Yeah, probably the person before you B R O K E the lighting.

All the lighting is there so whoever made or edited just went way, way over the entity limit. When compiling, viss doesn't even run, but If you disable game logic, it compiles fine (there is crazy amounts of logic in this map its nuts).

Well there's also a lot of background detail such as the boxes falling down the chute etc.
