Firing speed is a definite nerf. If you're going to be taking across the map shots you might as well try to get headshots with the ambassador. I sapped a sentry and it takes incredibly long to get that level 3 down now since the firing speed is slower.

So it reduces the firing of all weapons in you loadout? slower knife and slower sapper? damn thats overnerfed.. or are you talking about sapping the sentry and then putting a few rounds in it?

No. It's just the firing speed of the Enforcer. I mean putting shots into a sapped sentry to kill it faster.

Yes, you need to use a Primary Slot Token, a Soldier Token, and a Scrap to craft any of the available Rocket Launchers.
