Well. I think it would still crit on orange since it's 100% crits no matter what. There's just a slower firing speed now.

Ahh yes, looks like i misread it, though it was -20% damage now, so basicaly it hasn't made any difference to it at all. I always thought the firing speed was ok, but the reload was way to fast, havent had a chance to play yet, so if reload has been adjusted, please ignore last statement.

Firing speed is a definite nerf. If you're going to be taking across the map shots you might as well try to get headshots with the ambassador. I sapped a sentry and it takes incredibly long to get that level 3 down now since the firing speed is slower.

You commented on speed of the bullet, but hitscan means the bullets are instant so...there's that

Pretty sure it's safe to say that the time interval of bullet fire has been nerfed.
