What if you add a time limit, say 10-20 seconds to answer the question? If it's trivia, either they know it or they don't.

I'm going to do about a 30 second time limit, as the questions will be typed I have to give them time to read it and then think it over. Still some people are freakishly fast at googling shit so I dont want that option even there.
 
I would like to help, but I'm not very good at coming up with good questions, my mind always went blank on those kinds of things. Is there anything else you need help with?

Don't think so, other than needing a server admin to be in there to make sure there isn't anyone who is fucking around that will need to be kicked and disqualified, it's a fairly easy thing to run.
