2. Suspected- anyone get evidence and ban them

4. Isn't it normal when you leave when the server is empty to look for a fuller server? That's why we got the ap point system: to reward the players that stay

also, violet, ifa2 was our hl team last season. not a clan, I don't do clans. note the past tense, too.
& if people on the same team can't play on the server, you best have a talk with everyone else that does this.

Even if they were the cause of the server emptying why would they continue playing against bots I know when I play and it gets late I usually leave when the server is mostly bots.

Seen them come in, force the server to empty then leave and come back once it got back up to 14-16 players again, several times in a row.
 
I just wanted to make a few statements before I butt my unwanted opinion out of this incoming shitstorm.

If we banned people for being pricks, we have a large amount of people including 90% of the regulars to start on.

If we banned people for team stacking, I can point out in 2fort a group of admins/regulars stacking the last few days (myself on this list too)...So what it's on a server they regular?

They leave the server when it empties out because nobody wants to play against the bots that fucking lazer aim onto you with needles and heavy miniguns across the map...they come back in when it fills up because they want to play against people.

One of the repeated things I see is them getting banned for "intent to clear server." How the hell could you possibly know their intent? This seems a very large amount assumed and I wasn't under the impression bans could be executed for assumptions.

All in all, this ban doesn't seem Kosher to me. That's all I wanted to say, don't want anymore part of the incoming shitstorm.

idk why you're so fixated on the idea that we go in with the sole purpose of emptying it. we aren't the hand of god that wipes an entire server clear because we leave a trail of wins in our wake, we lose just as often as we win.

& tobthe dude below me, we play on opposite teams sometimes. & 3 is hardly a teamstack when only 2 of us are any good.

Well pubstomping for one as a coordinated group on a single team for the soul purpose of rolling the other team 100% of the time and making sure they had the teams stacked, thats what i mean by forcing the server to empty, because most pubbies will leave after 3-4 rounds of being completely rolled. more or less.

Ok I lied, I'll shut up after this one, but I wanted to say something to this.

  • Spamming.
  • Hacking (your main account will be banned if you are cheating with a spare account).
  • Using exploits (e.g., killing somebody with a flamethrower through a gate before the round has begun).
  • Any insults regarding race, gender, religion, or sexual orientation. Nobody on server being offended is not a loophole. This does not include simple discussion of these topics in an intellectual manner.
  • Scamming.
  • Admin impersonation.
  • Posting other people's personal and private information without proper consent.
  • Dodging (disconnecting and reconnecting to avoid being muted, gagged, banned, and/or kicked).
  • Sprays that are illegal as per the laws in the country where the server is located.
  • Harming your team for an extended period of time. (e.g., blocking sniper views, teleporter traps, refusing to help advance your teams position). The lobby servers are subject to stricter interpretation of this rule.
Where in here is teamstacking stated against the rules?

Ok, I really am done posting now, hope this gets sorted out, good luck to all involved.
 
This 100% seems like a bullshit ban.
how are they trying to empty the server? That has 10000% not been made clear. Team stacking? LOL

One, If teamstacking to play with friends is bannable start with the older admins.
Second, if being too good is bannable start with the people who make 300+point gains in one day.
Third, if making the game not fun to play is bannable you should sit in turbine while certain people are drunk and just ban them permanently for being assholes.


Also, that 'look at this medic only healing him' thing is such bullshit. I play with people that get mad when i stop healing them. I've played games where i would heal focus one scout and let the world burn around me. because it was funny at the time. And he was better than everyone else on the server. Sounds like these guys are better than everyone else.

If nothing i would argue this is a huuuuuuuge misuse of power. So far it seems like they aren't doing anything wrong except playing in a server together. It really just seems like Antamania is right when he says you guys are mad your dustbowl has some good people in it that roll together sometimes.

But that's the thing I almost never seen them all on at once usually it's only two of them and when they all are on they almost never get on the same time but every once in awhile they do get lucky. And from what they have said they do lose just as much as they win and almost all the time it's luck that they get put with a team that might help them win.

I agree with the reg stacking, sure, but are most if any of us part of a truely competitive team? No most of us are average skill players, most of them are on competitive teams from what ive read and can currently remember, which all it takes is two people from a competitive level to clear out a server of pubbies like most of us are. I also kinda agree with the intent bit, sure if they left and went to another server after the one they where in cleared out because of the above effect, then came back and didn't immediately start rolling the other team again, as they did previously to which again the server emptys out, i would say they arnt doing it on purpose, but that is what they have done on several ocations, a couple of times in a row when i was going for 1000points plus, So im agreeing with the ban because from what ive seen from them this is what they have been doing.

its not the team stacking thats the problem per-say, its the greifing they are doing by coming in and pubstomping constantly causing the server to empty multiple times a day.

No, ive been against a competitive player before, fucking wrecked our shit for several maps in a row, but does he do it over and over and over? Nope ive seen him maybe 2-3 times on a pub server in the two months i have played on skial servers. You openly admitted that you are a competitive level player which does mean you have skill yeah, am i saying im okay with the ban because you guys are good? No im saying im okay with it because ive seen your group make my old home server clear out 2-3 times in one day from just making sure you where all on one team and face rolling the other team. You've greifed from what a couple admins have stated and from my own view i agree with it, sure i might not be right but hey, im entitled to be wrong.
 
we only play at like, 3am. I doubt we've cleared it out that much at that time.
edit: also, isn't griefing done with intent? & you say 'competitive' like it means something, there are some absolutely awful people that play comp.
