I think it is on, but somehow it's a mish-mash of effects. We still have the Thriller taunt and the hats, but the Full Moon Kills Strange Part isn't counting and the zombie models are right under the regular models.

This was a Valve bug I believe. I think they were supposed to fix it in the patch today.

They fixed that, but completely broke TF2 so there's constant crashes. gg Valve.
