Resolved TOM ARNOLD WAITS - Obvious hacks.

Yo, Lightning Rod Shotgun was hacking, then got mad that I killed him and reported me. 2.5:1 K/D? Really? So when he accused I jumped down as heavy and tried to spin around while shooting as fast as I could for the lulz, but not hacking. I have hundreds of hours on skial servers and usually a K/D of ~3:1.
