Resolved The_Raven - Voice Spam

The_Raven was voice spamming earlier in the day, so we called a vote to ban him for 30 minutes. Now he's back, voice spamming again. .-. I don't know what I would give as proof other than all the silences and the people that were on at the time.

I'm keeping an eye on it.
He's not spamming at the moment, the chatlog does seem to indicate voice spam - but I would like some more concrete proof... next time, record a demo before calling a votemute (not voteban) on them.
