I just ate a lot, and this made me hungry again.
Sweet & sour chicken = Toxik's #1 dish ever.
Just thinking about that sweet tanginess with a little bit of crisp and garh :sweetjesus: my mouth is watering.

So i made pear crisp

This.. was no ordinary crisp...

I infused the pears with nutella and covered them in chocolate

And out honey into the oats

And dumped honey on the top

It's baking

It's gonna be good.

I've no idea why i spaced this so much.

I love molecular cooking. I've never tried it, but molecular cocktails must be pretty awesome.
We decided to split and buy the kit lolol

Completely forgot to post this yesterday, finally got around to making that pumpkin loaf i said i'd make 2 weeks ago

Shula's Dessert table is open again..

Made these for my kid's classroom. Sugar cookies, icing and slightly melt a marshmallow and the pop it on and decorate. Easy stuff.

Brought this next one to my aunt's house. Chocolate cake cut into cubes, drizzled with Kahlua and then layered with chocolate pudding, vanilla pudding whipped cream and crushed symphony bars

Anddddd finally... oh lawd. Make some chocolate chip cookie dough, press it in this pan, pop a reeses cup on it and then cover with brownie batter and bake @350 for 18 mins. YaY Diabetes!

Oddly enough I don't really have a sweet tooth, but just enjoy baking/cooking with the kids.
