I just made breakfast today. Scrambled eggs and bacon is fucking delicious.

Looks fine to me.

I'm guessing you cooked the eggs in the bacon fat? When I do that it tends to look that way.

GD I want some of that bacon.

French toast today! With lots and lots of cinnamon and sugar in it.

Looks delicious but you know what this is missing? Bacon.

I'm really surprised no ladies have posted in this thread yet. Don't they normally enjoy cooking/baking stuff?

Please ignore my messy counter top. And it's so hot out here they started sweating as soon as it came out of the fridge =(

Not sure what to make next. Possibly cream puffs or a cheesecake. Also thinking of taking a crack at a souffle.

I know it has passed on the pizza pops topic..but i USE to love these things, they changed the sauce and now it sucks!!! I went online and seems a LOT of people hate the new sauce also. BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

Throw em into a pan, low heat. No oil/butter required.

img0925idi.jpg

Add 100g sugar, I had to use half brown sugar.

Leave them until soft + brown.

Add half a lemon's worth of juice.

From here, you can use ready made pastry dough (like a wuss) or, make your own.

To make your own, cut up 100g of chilled butter and add it to 130g of chilled flour.

img0931uou.jpg

Here you sort of pick the mixture up with your fingers and rub it in gently, then letting it drop back into the bowl.

When the butter is small enough, add about 50ml of chilled watter (in intervals, not at once) while continuing to rub it in.

Then you sort of turn the bowl upside down onto some cling film.

Now, wrap dat shit up and leave it in the fridge for 1 hour.

After 1 hour, roll it out, and fold it over. Do this a couple of times. It should turn out like this:

img0935nun.jpg

Now, spread it over your pie dish.

Trim the edges, they're to be used to create the lattice.

Now dunk your delicious apple filling into the middle.

img0939usu.jpg

K, now you're going to brush some beaten egg around the apple filling. Stops it from burning, apparently.

With your remaining dough, cut strips of whatever thickness and lay them over the pie in a lattice fashion.

I had a bunch left over so I sort of made a crust.

img0940.jpg

Now brush all that with beaten egg.

You've come this far? Awesome. Bake it at medium-high heat for approx 20 minutes.

Tasted like victory.
