I honestly don't know why there is so much commotion (<- not sure if this is the right word). He watched and commented the play (like a commentator at a sports event). Yes there is one less spot for a player. But on a server 16 against 16 that is not really an issue (only if you wait to be connected). He does it not all the time but just from time to time. Many of the players on the server liked the variety. I surely did.

All the problems he had had already been solvable. I hope it will be tolerated .... not that it matters but I will be playing either way ;)

He is a friend of mine and yes - he does commentary. He even made a tournament some months ago called the Steel league and asked me to make a team for it.
